Trinity Behavioral Care

The Basics

Operating out of Marion, South Carolina, since 2008, Trinity Behavioral Care offers outpatient substance abuse treatment for clients struggling with drug and alcohol dependence. Services are available on a basic outpatient level and include individual and group therapy and incorporate optional AA/NA meetings, depending on each client’s need.

Treatment and Staff

Treatment at Trinity Behavioral Care begins with an evaluation with a counselor where an individualized treatment schedule is devised. Group session topics include stress management, anger management, cultural diversity and parenting classes for those clients who have children. All sessions are scheduled in both the mornings and evenings to accommodate work and family schedules. Daily 12-step meetings are hosted on-site but attendance is optional and at each client’s discretion.

Staff at Trinity Behavioral Care consists of a number of Licensed Substance Abuse counselors (LSACs).

Extras

In an effort to support a diverse community, Trinity Behavioral Care offers ASL and translation services for the hearing impaired.

Though treatment services are limited to the basic level of care, Trinity Behavioral Care incorporates the 12-step framework with traditional therapeutic services that aim to address a range of issues associated with substance abuse, including stress and anger management. With special attention to improving the family dynamic, clients with children can learn positive parenting skills.
