The Basics

Treatment and Staff

Home Avenue CTC’s approach to MAT combines prescriptions with therapy sessions and is available to men and women 18 years old and over. Treatment may last anywhere from 21 days to six months. Clients must go to Home Avenue CTC daily to attend treatment, seven days a week. Clients are prescribed either methadone or Subutex.

Clients are required to attend at least one weekly session of individual therapy and must attend group therapy with subjects that include recovery skills, healthy coping skills, aftercare planning and personal goal setting. Frequency of these sessions depends on the individual client.

Sessions are scheduled Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30 am to 2 pm and Thursdays from 5:30 am to 12 pm. On Saturdays and Sundays treatment only takes place from 7 to 9:30 am.

Home Avenue Comprehensive Treatment Center staff includes Licensed Substance Abuse Counselors (LSACs).
