In honor of National Recovery Month, AfterParty has created the 30 Days of Gratitude project. How can you participate, you ask? Well, every day of September (starting on the 1st and going—yep—till the 30th), write down what you’re grateful for. Can be steamed almond milk in your coffee, the fact that you’re not hung over or the way your dog’s tail wags. We don’t care. The point is that you’re doing it. Then:
Post Instagram photos of your lists and tweet individual items from your lists throughout September but you need to tag us on Insta and Twitter and include the hashtag #APM30days so we know you’re out there and can tell everyone else!
And then what happens?
We’ll pick our favorite items and lists to feature on the site, social media the hell out of each of them and send the writers either an AfterParty t-shirt or signed book about addiction or recovery. That’s right, during Recovery Month, gratitude reaps rewards (and not just in your soul).
