Accommodations and Amenities
Residents are expected to make and supply their own meals at Walnut Creek, but the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking basics like a stove, refrigerator, pots and pans, and utensils.
The bedrooms at Walnut Cove are private. Residents share town homes, which contains two bedrooms, and one and a half baths, shared between the two residents. The town homes come equipped with flat screen TVs, plush leather couches, and kitchens with large sparkling countertops.They are well lit and smartly decorated. WiFi is included for all residents.
Rules and Regulations
Residents are expected to obtain employment within two weeks of moving in to Walnut Creek. They are also drug tested by the staff two to three times a week. Twelve-step programs are an integral aspect of life at Walnut Creek, and residents are expected to attend at least four a week. A curfew of 11 pm on weekdays and 1 am on weekends is also enforced.
Because Walnut Creek is a transitional living community, it does not provide counseling or treatment for dual diagnosis, but the facility’s life coaches and medical staff are available 24/7. Walnut Creek requests that residents commit to at least a six-month stay, but there is no limit to how long they reside in the community.

Utilities like cable and Internet are included in the rent at Walnut Creek. Life coaches also help clients successfully and happily transition their way back into a stable and sober life.
