Clients who engage in Just Believe’s PHP generally attend the facility five days a week, six hours per day, over the course of 30 days. Individuals seeking a slightly less time intensive recovery experience can engage in the facility’s IOP, which is geared toward empowering clients with the skills and mechanisms they need to transition into their healthy and sober lives. Clients in the IOP program have access to treatment that focuses on a wide range of issues, from coping with stress, to identifying and dealing with triggers, to cultivating skills around employment and engaging in volunteer work. Individuals in the IOP can attend evening sessions, which are designed to be conducive to concurrently maintaining a work or school schedule. It’s recommend that clients engage in the program for at least three months.

The wide breadth of holistic therapies at Just Believe might appeal to individuals seeking alternate means of healing to pair with their more traditional treatment. In addition to art and music therapy, Just Believe offers meditation, chiropractic care, aromatherapy and yoga therapy.
