Riverside Resolve Center

The Basics

Located in Kankakee County, Illinois, in the village of Manteno, Riverside Resolve Center is a facility for drug and alcohol addiction providing both residential and outpatient treatment. A subsidiary of the behavioral health organization Riverside Healthcare, treatment is offered by way of Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for adults and adolescents, with a special inpatient program exclusively for teen boys.

Accommodations and Food

The residential track is a long-term, sub-acute program for clients between the ages of 12 and 18 with a total of 18 beds available. Each room accommodates two residents (though not all clients necessarily have a roommate) and each are assigned a locker, a small dresser and a bulletin board for their personal use.

The facility has an on-site kitchen with two cooks who provide three meals a day as well as snacks.

Treatment and Staff

Clients in need of detox can receive stabilization on-site before continuing on to primary care. Treatment in both the residential and outpatient programs is made up of individual and group therapy using evidence-based methods such as Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), multi-systems family therapy and CPI. Though participation in 12-step programs is not strictly required, clients are encouraged to attend outside meetings as they wish.

For clients with co-occurring disorders, the facility offers Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) that includes medication management.

Staff consist of CADC with MISA board registrations and ATE endorsements.

Extras

Clients can receive continuing care or aftercare through the outpatient program at a stepped down rate.

Riverside Resolve Center also provides DUI services that include drug evaluations and risk assessments, however this program is not considered part of treatment and therefor  billed separately.  Clients can attend standalone therapy for mental health issues.

Additional services include early interventions and assessments.
