Once clients complete their individualized month or month-and-a-half cycle in the IOP they may step down into extended treatment. Upon that step down clients may reduce their attendance to two days a week or attend six hours weekly. The same outpatient services are offered as a separate program to adolescents between 13 and 18 years of age.
